That’s where Connect Computer Services can help. We provide a support service - for both the home user and small business - in all aspects of PC repair.

Whatever your problem, we will attempt to diagnose and fix your PC onsite.  However, it may need to be taken to our workshop for further diagnostics or repair. We will return your PC within 24 to 48 hrs at a time to suit you.

We want a long-term relationship with all our customers and seek to deliver consistently high service standards to ensure your complete ongoing satisfaction.

Our I.T. technicians are highly trained and have seen most issues that can arise when using a PC. We ensure they constantly keep up with advances in new technologies, whether hardware of software.

For your piece of mind, all work is carried out by a CompTia/Microsoft certified professional and carries a 30-day onsite labour warranty. Additionally any hardware purchased through us will mostly carry 12 months manufacturers warranty.

We recommend that you backup any critical data to removable media prior to any repair work. If required, we can backup your data onto zip disk, CD-ROM or DVD.
