UNDERWRITER

The policy is underwritten by Equity Red Star which is managed by Cox Syndicate Management Ltd. Which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

COVER

The policy covers legal costs of up to £50,000 per incident to pursue civil claims arising from a motor accident, against those whose negligence has caused you injury or loss.

SIGNIFICANT FEATURES

·         The policy covers accidents that occur in Great Britain, Ireland and many parts of Europe

·         The driver and passengers are covered

·         The vehicle covered is any that you are permitted to drive under your motor policy

SIGNIFICANT EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS

·         You must have a valid motor insurance policy for our cover to be operative

·         Your claim must have prospects of success

·         Claims must be reported within 180 days of the incident

·         You must have a valid driving licence

·         We will not pay any legal costs we have not agreed in advance or that you incur before we accept your claim

·         Damages, fines or costs awarded in a criminal court are not covered
